About SKPI

SKPI was founded in 2010 by an Alumnus of BIT Mesra , Mr. Jugal Kishore Jhunjhunwala who did his Mechanical Engineering from BIT Mesra in the 1970’s . From 2010 to October 2022 Mr. JK Jhunjhunwala handled the affairs of the company before his unfortunate passing away in October 2022. His son Mr. Sharad Jhunjhunwala took over the reins of the company .
Mr. Sharad Jhunjhunwala is an Information Science & Technology Engineer from BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore and has also studied management in Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad

SKPI also has on its rolls a pool of other talented people like:

Mr Sri Prakash Verma : Mr Verma has more than 50 years of experience in dealing in government supplies and working with govt departments like Public Health Engineering Department ( PHED )

Mr Sanjay Choudhary : Mr. Choudhary has decades of experience in working in the handpump industry and is well known to all the major handpumps raw materials suppliers over the country. He is responsible for the day to day running of the company

Mr. Sanjay Kumar : Mr. Kumar has long experience in Information Systems and Computer Management

Apart from these people, there is a pool of Independent professionals like Chartered Accountants , Advocates and other Professionals who lends their valuable time and resources to SKPI as and when Required.
